Ruminant Research Bursary Awards

This bursary is offered in 2026 to encourage research, development and extension for improvement of ruminant livestock industries. This has been inspired by one person’s contribution to ruminant research and the enthusiasm that they shared: “Excellence in science is about communication. It is about talking to your end users – your most important critics… and it is about being open to new lines of thought from all of science and all kinds of people in different corners of this world! – Sarah Blumer (John) BAgBusM MSc”.
